Creation of an islet at Sassey-sur-Meuse
At our former Sassey-sur-Meuse quarry, we are funding the creation of an islet to welcome common terns.
The LPO (League for the Protection of Birds) is also installing fencing for the future introduction of Highland cattle, particularly well-suited to the ecological maintenance of wet meadows, an area essential to the site's biodiversity.
For many years, we have been supporting LPO Meuse to create developments favourable to species preservation on our Sassey site. After the exploitation of this quarry, we continue our environmental commitment.
